Description

For us, Furmint has grown into one of the most important varieties of recent times. If one grape variety had to be singled out, which is spoken and written about with fondness and appreciation internationally, it would certainly be furmint. It represents high quality and can be used to make wine in extremely diverse styles. Although Tokaj furmints are the most recognised world-wide, it is definitely worth opening up to other production areas as well.

Our Furmint has grown on the volcanic slopes of Szent György-hegy and has wormed its way into our hearts with the first harvest in 2017. The 2021 batch should be put away for a few years, because its youthful vigor will soon mature into a beautiful big wine.
