The Viridárium Restaurant reopens this Easter!
The long-awaited reopening is here! On April 3rd, Good Friday, we once again open the terrace doors. With renewed energy, a new chef, and the familiar great atmosphere, we look forward to welcoming you at Viridárium.

Visit our vineyard, and enjoy a meal at our restaurant, or taste our wines in the shop - all while being surrounded by historic volcanic mountains.
Our restaurant is closed for the season; we will reopen on Easter weekend 2026.
Accommodation
Peace, quite, and buildings that tell a story. Relax at one our guest houses, and get recharged by the unique energies of Mount Saint George. The guesthouses are open all year.
