Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) is a natural sparkling wine made using a traditional, simple method: it is bottled during fermentation, allowing the wine’s own carbon dioxide to create the bubbles.

The fresh, fruity character and medium acidity of Pinot Gris make it an excellent base for the Pét-Nat style, where the wine’s natural flavors and aromas can fully unfold. The aroma is dominated by notes of apple and pear, while the palate reveals hints of citrus freshness and a touch of minerality.
