Sárkány

Description

Following reductive, spontaneous fermentation, the wine spent two months in a used 500-litre oak barrel, gaining greater complexity, structure, and a refined texture.

The result is an exclusive, limited release of just 500 litres, bringing together the distinctive minerality of the mountain with the finest expressions of its two grape varieties: Rhine Riesling and Vulcanus.

A true rarity, worthy of the name “Sárkány” — the Dragon.
